Andrea Elson
Andrea Hope Elson, an American actress and model who is now a retired actor. Elson started her acting career as a young child and as model. She is best known as Alice Tyler in the CBS Science-fiction television series. Andrea auditioned for and was awarded the role as Lynn Tanner of the ALF hit program (1986). She continued to work for a long time on different popular TV shows as well as Movies of the Week before going into the entertainment field to focus on raising her family. Andrea Elson was playing Lynn Tanner - the teenage daughter Kate and Willie during a time when she had been going through a difficult time. The People's 2000 review of Elson revealed that it was hard for her to grow as a woman on an audience of a sitcom. The green-eyed New York City actress was born on the 6th of March 1970. Her father was employed in advertising, and she was raised as a traveler because of that. She had already lived in New York, Chicago San Diego, and Los Angeles before she turned 10. When she was in San Diego Andrea got an agent, and was able to get the part she auditioned for. Fusco explained the decision in saying "ALF is 285 years old, which means he's mature enough to be able to consume beer." NBC warned Fusco to stop ALF from drinking in front of children as it would be a bad model. Fusco still believed ALF to be an adult, and was able to handle drink. His lymphoma was first diagnosed in 1995. He underwent successful treatment and was in complete remission until the year 2019. The disease took his life on 26 June, 2019, at 75. His funeral was held at the Lillian Booth Actors Home, Englewood NJ.
