Harry

Harry Edward Styles is an English musician, singer, and musician from England. He was part of One Direction. Parents were Des Styles and Anne Cox. He was born on 1st February 1994, in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire. Harry Styles attended the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive school where together with three students, he formed his musical group, White Eskimo. They won the 2009 Battle of Bands thanks to their excellent performance. Even though he's always expressed an interest in the world of music, despite his passion for it he wanted also to be a lawyer or an physiotherapist. Working part-time in a local bakery in his early occupation to earn money for the family. For the year 2010 Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he performed the song Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. This is why his group was forced to break up. Nicole Scherzinger proposed to Harry Styles that he be part of a brand new group, One Direction. The other band members included Liam Payne Zayn Mallik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored the young group in 2010. The group was backed by Simon Cowell. They were the first to sing Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Suck without You and Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart. They were one of the most competitive groups in the contest. They were in third position just behind Rebecca Ferguson and Matt Cardle, who won. Harry Styles, his group and Cowell didn't win the competition. However, Cowell offered Harry Styles a 2 million dollar contract with Syco.
